For items purchased through the CAS Iberia Dealer Program:
If you or your customer changes their mind, or the product does not fit, or is not satisfied with the purchase, it may be returned to us within 30 days of purchase date. Please email info@casiberia.com or call 800-635-9366 for your Return Authorization number to be referenced on the returned package. We will not pay or reimburse shipping related fees. Upon receipt we will issue a refund for the purchase price of the product.
If you would like to return an item 30 or more days past the purchase date, please email info@casiberia.com or call 800-635-9366. Each request is subject to approval and may be rejected. The item(s) returned must be Current product(s) we carry, meaning it is not a Discontinued or Limited item. If an item is approved to be returned to us past the 30 day return window, you will be given a Return Authorization number to be referenced on the return package. We will not pay or reimburse shipping related fees. Please note your refund will be subject to a 15% restocking fee and will be issued a “On Account Credit” to be used for future purchases.
Please Note: All returned merchandise must arrive in the same new and unused condition as they were received, including all original boxes and accessories else will be subject to a partial refund or the return being rejected and returned to sender.
