Product Warranty

CAS Iberia believes strongly in our Brands and the products that we carry. As a reflection of that belief, we warranty our products against manufacturers’ defects (workmanship and/or materials) from one year of the date of purchase. We extend this guarantee to the original invoiced customer only.

Please note that If you purchased our product through one of our Dealers, you would need to reach out to them directly and they will need to contact us.

Our Team will determine and extend the warranty policy only when the product is used under normal conditions for which the product is designed. The warranty policy will not extend to damage related to accident, misuse, improper maintenance, negligence, or normal wear and tear.

Please inspect your item(s) upon receipt and should you encounter an issue with our product, please email info@casiberia.com with photos of the issue or call 800-635-9366 for your Return Authorization number and instructions.

In the case of a manufacturing defect CAS Iberia will repair or replace the item with the same or similar model depending on availability.
