If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, it may be returned to us within 30 days of purchase date. Be sure to act quickly to take advantage of our 14 Days-No Risk, No Hassle Policy for a full refund or one-time exchange. Please email info@casiberia.com or call 800-635-9366 for your Return Authorization number and a prepaid return shipping label. If you would like to return an item 15-30 days past the purchase date, you can still do so, however you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Please email info@casiberia.com or call 800-635-9366 for your Return Authorization number and return shipping instructions.
Please Note: All returned merchandise must arrive in the same new and unused condition as they were received, including all original boxes and accessories else will be subject to a partial refund or the return being rejected and returned to sender. Items returned to us past the 30 day return window OR without first obtaining a Return Authorization number will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your item was damaged or items were missing from your order, please save all the boxes and packaging material and snapping a few pictures is also very helpful. Please contact us immediately via email info@casiberia.com or call 800-635-9366 and we will initiate/handle the claims process.CAS Iberia is not responsible for any returned merchandise that is lost, misdirected, or damaged in transit back to us.
