The Folding Filet is a locking folder light enough to be clipped to the fishing vest but sturdy enough to fillet the big ones. Construction is all-stainless, with a locking 420 blade that has just the right degree of flexibility to do the job. The blade is a full 4 ½” long, thanks to the unique retracting blade guard, which extends to cover part of the blade in the closed position. The open-frame construction makes for easy clean-up.
