Now you can customize your own No. 10 by sculpting the curly birch 11mm thick, 4 3/4" x 1 3/4" slabs. The blade is about 3 7/8" long and made of about 3.5 mm thick Sandvik 14C28N, a Swedish stainless steel developed specifically for knives (58-59 HRC). The blade is ground with a shaving sharp flat Scandinavian grind and has a satin finish. After you shape your handle with the solid brass barrel nuts.
