The doublet was generally accepted male fashion for most of the Middle Ages and Renaissance. This GDFB doublet replicates a 15th century piece but is acceptable costume for several centuries. Made from wool blend and cotton lined, the doublet is both hard-wearing and comfortable. We also offer a wide selection of helmets and other protective clothing for the re-enactor.
